International Orders – Customs:

Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to estimate additional charges before purchasing.

We do not under-declare the value or mark parcels as gifts — this is against international regulations.

Returns Due to Address Issues:

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from your local post office, we can reship it once shipping is paid again. Refunds (except for engraved/custom orders) will be reduced by the actual shipping cost — even if your original order included free shipping.

Returns & Customs

Returns are accepted within 14 days for eligible items.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, postal charges, and any other costs related to the return shipment.

A refund will be issued only after the item has been successfully delivered back to the seller and inspected.

If a return parcel is not delivered back to the seller due to customs clearance issues, unpaid customs fees, unpaid brokerage fees, missing documents, carrier delays, refusal by customs, or any other issue outside the seller’s control, the order cannot be considered returned and a refund may not be issued.

Custom orders, custom sizes, custom materials, personalized items, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a mistake on the seller’s side.
